Exchanges & returns

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Screen protectors or opened packaging of hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. earbuds)

  • Gift cards

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  • We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return is processed.
